For small scale seminars and conferences we offer off-the-shelf stage sets and for large international events we can provide a bespoke set design and build service.
Our off-the-shelf conference packages allow even the most budget conscious to stage impressive presentations. All sets consist of a flat wall with either a front or rear projection screen (up to 12 foot) housed in a smart felt surround. These sets can be configured in a variety of height and widths thus enabling us to adapt each set to suit the layout of any venue.
All our off-the-shelf packages also include a stage, lectern, projector, lighting and a PA system together with the services of av technicians to ensure the smooth running of your event.
We can arrange a single day ‘off-the-shelf’ conference in the UK from as little as £695.00.
For larger events we can design and build a fully customised set to reflect your branding and event theme; whether you already have the design concept, or just an idea we will work with you to create a unique set for your conference or live event.
